Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via different methods.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
- Colissimo (La Poste): We use the services from "La Poste" to deliver packages in the following countries: France (Metropolitan), Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Great Britain. Each order is selected with the "Signature required" option to keep track of your goods and confirm delivery.
- Mondial Relay: We are using the services from "Mondial Relay" to deliver packages through "Point Relais®" shipment locations in the following countries: France (Metropolitan), Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain. The following other countries are eligible to address delivery with Mondial Relay: Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom.

In accordance with French law, you are entitled to a 14-day return period. You may therefore return unwanted products by post with tracking at your expense. Packages must be returned to the following address, along with a copy of the invoice and a letter stating your request:

Any returned product that has already been opened or used cannot, unfortunately, be reimbursed.
It is also possible to exchange products. The transport fees for exchanged products are entirely at your cost. The same conditions as for returned packages apply.
