Our Repair Levels
Inspection
We can inspect your engines visually and electronically to determine their condition. We can help you figure out where a leak is coming from and how worn a part is. We can perform Borescope Inspection, compression test, blowby test, load test & sea trial to name a few. The connection with the manufacturer's software, such as Caterpillar Electro Technician, Deutz Serdia, or Kohler Site Tech, will aid in understanding the engine data log, as well as any upgrades to the engine control unit/module (ECU-ECM).
Routine Maintenance
From preventive to emergency repairs, we can help you with your engine's scheduled maintenance by following the manufacturer's recommendations and ensuring that your engine is working at its best. Oil drain, filtration change, zinc plugs and anodes replacement, belt tension check, turbo clearances check, fluid analysis are all examples of routine maintenance.
Exhaust Treatments
Your machines is likely equipped with an emission system Diesel Oxidation Catalytic Converter (DOC), Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) or Selective Catalytic Reduction System (SCR).
These systems require specific attention. Our team can assist with their cleansing to ensure minimal downtime.
Top-end / Major Overhauls
We can help you with overhauling projects on-site or at our workshop if your engine requires more extensive work. Changing the cylinder head, liners, pistons, and conrods, inspecting the fuel injection pump, and measuring the crankshaft, among other things.

We have software such as CAT ET, Deutz Serdia, Kohler Site Tech, Hatz HDS2, and others that allow us to read/write on the ECU and export data logs.
Fluid Analysis
We collaborate with an ISO-certified laboratory for oil, gasoline, and coolant analysis.
Video Borescope Inspections
Our high-end video borescope instrument allows you to see inside your cylinders or other components in great detail (gearbox, cooler, manifold). This allows for a more accurate assessment of an engine's condition.
New Installation
If you require a refurbished or newly constructed engine or generator, we can assist you in locating what is available.
On-site repairs
It is not necessary to remove an engine in order to repair it. Our mobile team of engineers travels across the south of France to diagnose and repair your engine.
Engine painting
We can re-paint your engine once it has been overhauled or repaired. It would not only appear better, but it will also be easier to locate leakage sources.
Grinding Workshop
Our company is well-known on the French Riviera for its grinding workshop, where we can repair cylinder heads and bore/hone cylinders.
Generators Load Test
Diesel generators must be inspected at full load from time to time. If this isn't possible, we'll provide a load bank (up to 500 kw) to enable for generator testing.
