Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received. We use several shipping methods:

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs, as well as shipping charges. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each one individually.

Package Packaging: Special attention is given to the packaging of your items to ensure their protection during transport. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate to ensure the safety of your products.

Tracking Your Package

Each shipment is associated with a tracking number that allows you to track your package directly from your customer account. This tracking number is also sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. With this service, you can check the status of your delivery in real-time and be informed of any updates regarding your package.

Haven't Received Your Order?

If you haven't received your order yet, we invite you to first check the status of your package using the provided tracking number. It is possible that your package is being held or has been delayed. If, after several days, you still haven't received your order, please contact us by email at [contact email address], specifying your order reference. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping to a Non-Listed Country

Would you like to ship a package to a country not listed on our online store? Please contact us with the desired delivery address. We will do our best to find a suitable shipping solution for your request.

Returns

You have 14 days to return a product if it does not meet your expectations. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. To process a return, please contact our customer service via the contact form on our website.
