Cat® ELC incorporates an advanced technology with organic acid corrosion inhibitors for maximum copper, solder, brass, steel, cast iron, and aluminum protection.

Lowers maintenance costs by eliminating the need for supplemental coolant additives, extends coolant change-out intervals, and reduces disposal requirements.

Cat ELC is recommended in most Cat machine engines and machines . Add ion-free water to dilute.

Description:
Cat® Cooling System Cleaner - Quick Flush is for use as preventative maintenance or as a short-time flush at the time of coolant change.

Attributes:
Removes lime deposits, scale and solder bloom. Allows for one-step cleaning in just 90 minutes.

Recommended Application:
Not for use in removing large amounts of oil from cooling systems.

Contains 50 test strips. The acceptable Nitrite PPM level is between 1200 and 2000 PPM.

ELC® Extender 119-5152 ensures Cat ELC performance to 12,000 hours. It contains the same inhibitor package as Cat ELC.

Cat Extender 119-5152 is recommended in Cat products using Cat ELC, boosting depleted additives after 6,000 hours.

Cat Extender should be added at 300,000 miles for truck engines and 3,000 hours for machines and commercial engines. The system should be drained and flushed with clean water at 600,000 miles for truck engines and 6,000 hours for machines and commercial engines (no cleaning agents are required if you are already using ELC).
